Privacy Policy

Overview

Magnate Idle: Build Your Empire (“the game”) is an idle business simulation. This policy explains what information the game collects and how it is used when you play on the web or Android app.

Information stored on your device

Your game progress (money, sectors, settings, achievements, and similar gameplay data) is saved locally in your browser or app storage. We do not upload your full save file to our servers.

Global leaderboard (optional online feature)

If you use the global leaderboard, the game sends the following to our cloud provider (Supabase):

• An anonymous account identifier created for leaderboard sync
• Your chosen display name (profile name)
• Your in-game net worth score for ranking

This data is used only to show leaderboard rankings. You can play offline without using this feature.

Analytics and crash reports

The Android app uses Google Firebase to help us understand how the game is used and to fix crashes:

• Firebase Analytics — anonymized events such as screens viewed, sectors unlocked, and session activity
• Firebase Crashlytics — crash logs and error reports if the app fails

This data is processed by Google according to Google’s Privacy Policy. We do not use Firebase to collect your payment details or full game save file.

In-app purchases

Some items (such as the Auto Clicker) may be sold through Google Play. Payment is processed by Google; we receive purchase confirmation from Google, not your payment card details.

Advertising

The Android app may show advertisements served by Google AdMob. Today these are optional rewarded video ads that you choose to watch for in-game rewards (such as jewelry or temporary boosts). Other formats (for example banners or interstitial ads) may be added in later updates.

When ads are shown, Google and its advertising partners may collect and use device identifiers (including the advertising ID), IP address, and ad interaction data to serve, measure, and — where allowed — personalize ads. This can involve cookies, mobile advertising IDs, and similar technologies.

Children

The game is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your choices

• Clear local save data using Factory reset in Profile settings
• Use a generic display name on the leaderboard
• Manage ad personalization in your device settings or your Google account ad settings
